Webinar: Personal Injury Inclusion Training

Are you and your claims handlers frustrated when you need to deal with personal injury firms on the PI elements of a claim? The lack of understanding between CHCs and PI firms on motor claims has been a long running issue for our sector, and members have told us that they would like our help in shedding light on the issues and how to resolve them.

The CHO are offering members a chance to take part in PI inclusion training hosted by Nicky Carter, a specialist external training provider, on Tuesday 6 October (1:30pm).

The training will address common issues and concerns that credit hire companies have when handling a case, where a third party personal injury firm is involved, especially those where the injury claim is may not have been made evident until very late in the claim.

The session will last for 90 minutes and will be provide vital insights for your claims handlers, including the jargon and language into the terms used by personal injury firms, and how to manage your interaction with PI firms the best way to act on these to prevent a full and final settlement being agreed without the inclusion of the hire period, as well as a focus on and potential tactics that may be used by personal injury firms.

Members of The CHO are welcome to register as many members of staff for the training as you wish, although please note that places are limited and are based on a first come, first served basis.
