Webinar: Bodyshop Challenges

The CHO will be hosting a webinar, alongside representatives from the NBRA, to understand the current challenges facing bodyshops and their impact on credit hire companies (CHCs).

The webinar will be held on Friday 11 March (1pm) and members can register to attend here.

Members may be aware of a ‘Repairer Market Comment‘ which was released by the NBRA earlier this week. The report summarised a number of challenges facing the bodyshop industry including a delay in parts and a shortage of available vehicles.

CHCs will, in particular, be aware of the challenges brought by part delays which can result in extended hire periods for member customers.

The webinar will take a deeper look into these challenges and how CHCs can mitigate these circumstances effectively to manage their hire periods and maintain an appropriate contact with all parties.
