CHO Conference: GTA Discussion to Feature Insurer and CHC Representatives

This year’s CHO Conference will host representatives from insurers and credit hire companies on a panel discussion looking at the evolution of the GTA.

GTA 2, as it is often referred to, aims to put consumers at the heart of the accident management process and drive out unnecessary frictional cost.

Joining the panel will be Peter Highfield (NFU Mutual) and Becky Fairbairn (Allianz) alongside representatives from the CHO Strategic Board. The discussion will be chaired by CEO and Chair of the CHO, Anthony Hughes.

The session will offer the opportunity for conference delegates to get an insight into the potential future of the GTA and the operational differences which may be implemented as the agreement evolves. It will also offer the chance for audience members to ask their pressing questions on the GTA and the impact it has on claims.

The conference, which features both a daytime session and an evening networking dinner, will be held on Thursday 17 October at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth (CV8 2LD).

The CHO Conference sees leading figures and decision makers from across the credit hire industry in one room as we discuss the most prevalent topics in motor claims right now.

We are delighted to welcome speakers from the Financial Ombudsman Service and the National Crime Agency, as well as guests from the forefront of the legal sector who will also be holding a panel discussion during the day.

A full agenda will be released in due course as we continue the countdown to The CHO’s flagship event.
