CHO Conference 2019 Round-Up

A big thank you to everyone who attended the 2019 CHO Annual Conference at the Heart of England Conference and Events Centre.

The day was a great success packed with informative, interesting, inspiring and, at points, amusing talks from a variety of speakers across the credit hire industry and beyond.

The day started with exploring the customer journey, as experienced experts spoke about the effect of a detailed customer strategy and the importance of online review management.

A panel debate on potential Brexit issues followed as experts from fleet, repairs and parts all gave their detailed opinions on how they believe Brexit would impact their area.

Delegates also heard a legal and regulatory update from legal professionals followed by a fascinating ‘Barristers on the Coalface’ session.

The conference’s final speaker was former England and British Lions hooker Lee Mears who gave an inspiring talk on working together as a team and the influence you can have…with plenty of amusing anecdotes as well!

The day conference was followed by a lively networking dinner as the room was transported back to the 1920s with The CHO’s very own prohibition bar featuring a whole host of entertainment including a signer, a magician and caricaturists throughout the night.
