CHO Golf Day Raises Money for Charity Partner
02 Jul
The CHO has raised £3,000 for families affected by dementia with our annual charity golf day, sponsored by True Solicitors.
The event was hosted at The Stratford Park Hotel & Golf Club, with all proceeds donated to our charity partner Dementia UK.
The day brought together CHO members, their clients and other associated businesses for a round on the 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course in Stratford-upon-Avon for a second successive year.
It saw golfers take to the course with a shotgun start in tricky weather conditions, with the favourite phrase of the day being a shout of ‘fore right!’.
The prizes for the day were presented during a post-round BBQ at the hotel, with Mark Mcfarland from AX being crowned CHO Charity Golf Day champion.
Further congratulations were also given to Richard Milner from True Solicitors (nearest the pin) and Adam Bradshaw from Magna Accident Services (longest drive) who took home the other prizes.
A thank you as well to our sponsors for the day, True Solicitors and ISAGI Technologies, who helped to raise a fantastic total for an important charity.
A thank you to everyone who attended and helped to make the event a great success and congratulations to our prize winners on the day.
Tickets are now on sale for The CHO’s Annual Conference on the 17 October at Chesford Grange. Please click here for more information and to purchase your tickets.
