CHO Host New Events for 2025

The CHO have released a new schedule of events for 2025.

We are starting to prepare for the first CHO event of the year, the CHO Networking Lunch, taking place at  Hotel Football, Old Trafford on 27 March. Our special guest this year is Arsenal legend Paul Merson, who also played 21 times for England. Spaces at the event have almost sold out  but there are a few spare tickets available here for the event, which has quickly become one of the best credit hire networking events in the calendar.

We will be holding a new event for 2025, a workshop style event, discussing and sharing best practice across credit hire. The event is aimed at employees who are on the coalface of credit hire and claims. Two complimentary tickets, which are included in CHO membership for active CHO members, will be available for this event.

The event will be held on 26 June at the Midlands Arts Centre in Birmingham, where we’ll be bringing members up to speed with the latest developments in credit hire litigation, as well as exploring trends in recoveries, FNOL and claims handling and operations. We are organising a number of interactions, including a panel discussion with senior leaders and sector specific experts. Members and delegates will get a host of valuable insights that they can take back to their businesses. A perfect event for all levels of experience.

Please save the date, more information on tickets will be released in due course.

Looking ahead to the Autumn, we have made some changes to our annual conference after an agreement to go into a partnership with I Love claims (ILC). The Board felt that working alongside ILC would enable our members to tap into the connections and contacts ILC has built up over the years across the wider claims sector, and to that end, ILC will be organising the annual conference with us this year.

The venue for the conference is the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, Warwick on 16 October. The conference will be a one day event, followed by a CHO-hosted networking dinner that evening at Walton Hall, just up the road from Gaydon. The Dinner will follow the usual CHO Conference traditions and will include the opportunity for an overnight stay at the hotel. We will send out further details in due course and hope to see many familiar faces at the event.

Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are available at all CHO events throughout 2025. If you would like to learn more about sponsoring a CHO event, please contact matt.rowland@thecho.co.uk or, for more information on sponsorship options for October’s conference, please contact Liane Price – Liane@iloveclaims.com – or Matt Rowland.

In the meantime, I look forward to seeing many of you in Manchester later in March, but if you have any immediate questions or comment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
