MASS trainer and Legal Director for Credit Hire at, CHO member, AX, Craig Budsworth, will present a brand new webinar entitled “Credit Hire Update – Civil Procedure Rules, are you ready for the April changes?”

During the session, Craig will discuss the latest changes to the Civil Procedure Rules and will help you:

• Better understand the changes being introduced with the 113th update to the Civil Procedure Rules
• Consider the impact on pleadings for cases that include credit hire
• Become aware of the change to the statement of truth that will need updating on all documents
• Understand how non English reading clients will now have to sign and file their statements
