Official Injury Claims Advisory Group

The Official Injury Claims Advisory Group (OICAG) have conducted their first two meetings of members as they consider external stakeholder feedback and operational data related to the impact and function of the Official Injury Claims Portal.
The group also considers and advises on operational performance and suggests possible improvements to enhance the service provided.
The OICAG, which is made up of members of representative bodies and expert organisations who represent the views of Official Injury Claim users, are committed to meeting quarterly and have released the minutes from their first two meetings.
The CHO remain in contact with the Ministry of Justice, having last met in October 2021, to establish a timetable ahead of Part 2 of the Whiplash Reforms and will be seeking a further meeting shortly.
