The CHO Conference: Consumer Support

As we enter the final countdown to The CHO Conference, we are pleased to announce the next speaker to our expansive agenda.

The conference will be held at a new venue for 2023 as the Voco St John’s, Solihull, plays host to our daytime and evening event on Thursday 12 October.

A popular speaker from previous years, Matthew Maxwell Scott will once again grace the stage of the CHO conference, with a light-hearted look at the environment from the view of the Association of Consumer Support Organisations (ACSO) and the consumer themselves.

Matthew will also look at the political landscape surrounding the claims industry and what may be on the horizon, including the potential evolution of the GTA.

On the day, registration will open at 11am with an 11:30am start.

The daytime conference will conclude at 4:30pm, whilst the evening networking dinner will welcome guests with a drinks reception from 6:30pm.

Please note, on-site accommodation at the hotel has now sold out. The Voco St John’s have advised that the nearest available hotel is the Premier Inn – Solihull Town Centre – which is a five minute walk from the conference venue.
